Service Agreement
By engaging Advanced Appliance Service & Repair for appliance repair services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Service Terms
- All repairs are performed at our facility or agreed upon location
- Service is provided during normal business hours unless otherwise arranged
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate appliance information
- We reserve the right to refuse service for safety or legal reasons
Warranty Coverage
- 90-day warranty on all parts and labor
- Warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials
- Warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or damage
- Proof of repair is required for warranty claims
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of repair
- We accept cash, major credit cards, and digital payments
- Estimates are provided before repair work begins
- No hidden fees or surprise charges
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide access to appliance and safe working environment
- Remove personal items from appliance before service
- Inform us of any hazardous materials or safety concerns
- Keep receipt and warranty information safe
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided. We are not responsible for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.
Disclaimer
While we strive for perfection, we cannot guarantee that all appliances can be repaired successfully. In such cases, diagnostic fees may apply.
