Diagnostic Fees

Our diagnostic fee of $89 covers the complete inspection and troubleshooting of your appliance. This fee will be waived if you choose to proceed with the recommended repair. The diagnostic fee is non-refundable once diagnostic work has begun, as it covers our technician's time and expertise in identifying the problem.

Parts and Labor Warranty

We provide a comprehensive warranty on all parts and labor:

  • Parts Warranty: All replacement parts come with a manufacturer warranty plus our 90-day service warranty
  • Labor Warranty: All labor performed by our technicians is guaranteed for 90 days from completion of service
  • Extended Warranty: Available on major repairs for up to 12 months at an additional cost

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of appliance repair services and the time and expertise involved, we have the following refund policy:

Full Refund Available
  • Within 24 hours of service
  • If work is unsatisfactory
  • If we cannot fix the appliance
Partial Refund
  • Less diagnostic fee refund
  • Minus return trip charges
  • After 24 hours service
